Spriano Communication's IR division consists of a qualified team with years of experience in supporting listed companies.

It strategically collaborates with the Issuer for correct and effective communication to the market, able to enhance the strengths of the equity story, the company and the stock. Working alongside top management in managing investor relations to strengthen and expand relationships with the strategic target for the Company, the IR team defines the most effective strategies and tools to achieve enhancement goals toward the financial community.

Analysis of financial statements and financial data to maximize the effectiveness of investor relations;
Support in drafting financial press releases (annual report, half-yearly report, extraordinary transactions);
Supporting the Company in periodically updating the Investor Presentation (e.g., annual results, semi-annual results, extraordinary transactions) and support in enhancing and possibly redefining the Equity Story;
Investor Network: facilitating new introductions of target investors for the Issuer or potential strategic partnerships;
Organization of Investor training with the Company’s top management to support the IR function in the dialogue with investors and promote training and updating of the internal IR figure;
Assisting in the management of mandatory procedural processes within the corporate secretary.
