LORENZA SPRIANO

Founder and managing director of Spriano Communication since July 2012. She is very experienced in financial and corporate communication. Lorenza started her career at Hewlett Packard as marketing and communication coordinator. In 1987, she joined Databank, a research company, as Head of Communication and Marketing Department, dealing with the promotion of new products and relationships with international customers, the academic world and media. Later, she moved to Il Sole 24Ore as marketing manager of the Convention Business Unit. Then, Lorenza became vice-president of Rowland from 1992 to 2005, looking after over 40 IPOs and supporting the Investor Relations activity. She organized and supervised some important Events, such as: the Italian tour of ”Leicester Code” for Microsoft, the launch of the Museum of Cinzano at Publicis Groupe and the communication process during the transition to the euro. In 2008, Lorenza constituted her own Company together with other professionals before founding Spriano Communication in 2012.

MATTEO RUSSO

In 2003, he started working in an corporate and financial communication agency overseeing the private equity and IPO sectors, crisis management and finance area. Since 2006, he followed in first line the IPOs of Arkimedica (today Eukedos), Screen Service and Cape Live. He normally deals with several Italian and international companies, such as listed companies at STAR, MTA, MIV segment, Funds and Investment Companies. In the past, he was part of the team of communication consultants who supported Unipol, Magiste International and Alitalia in crisis management situations. Over the last few years, before in Rosso&Spriano Communication and then in Spriano Communication, Matteo followed -and still follows- listed companies, private equity sector and finance, in particular dealing with corporate and finance communication, crisis management, public affairs and web/social communication.

CRISTINA TRONCONI

Cristina began her professional carrier in Sudler & Hennessey (WPP group), collaborating in the launch of the communication campaign against drugs called ”Non Calare la tua vita”, promoted by the Italian Board of Health. In 2000 she joined Accento, an institutional and financial communication Agency. She has overseen the corporate communications of industrial companies, such as: Camozzi Group, Iseo Serrature, Telsey Telecommunication and BravoSolution, Snia Mail Boxes Etc.. Then, she specialized in the pharmaceutical sector, working for Air Liquide, Novuspharma and EOS. She dealt with Novuspharma communication during its merger with Cell Therapeutics and, in 2006-2007, Arkimedica’s (today Eukedos) and Cape Live’s listings on the Italian Stock Exchange. In the following years, first at Rosso&Spriano Communication and then in Spriano Communication, Cristina dealt with big Companies such as Otis Elevators, De Nora Group, La Villa SpA, Comecer and others. She also organizes special events, especially for the launch of new products in Italy and abroad, in collaboration and in support of the companies’ marketing departments.

FIORELLA GIRARDO

Inizia la propria carriera professionale in Sudler&Hennessey (Gruppo WPP) collaborando al lancio della campagna di comunicazione “Non calare la tua vita” promossa dal Ministero della Salute della Repubblica Italiana. Nel 2000, entra in Accento, Agenzia di Comunicazione Istituzionale e Finanziaria, dove segue la comunicazione corporate di Società industriali quali Gruppo Camozzi, Iseo Serrature, Gruppo Maltauro, BravoSolution, Snia, Mail Boxes Etc.. Si specializza nel settore farmaceutico curando le media relation per Air Liquide, Novuspharma, EOS. Segue la fusione per incorporazione di Novuspharma in Cell Therapeutics e nel 2006-2007 la quotazione in Borsa italiana di Arkimedica (ora Eukedos) e Cape Live. Negli anni che seguono, prima presso la Rosso&Spriano Communication e poi all’interno della Spriano Communication, costituitasi nel 2012, si occupa di Società quali Otis Ascensori, Gruppo De Nora, La Villa SpA, Comecer e altri. Organizza, inoltre, eventi speciali, in particolare per il lancio di nuovi prodotti in Italia e all’estero, in collaborazione e a supporto dei dipartimenti di marketing.
